I love when my children (and the neighbors children) see things optimistically,
I kept saying there wasn't enough snow out there to have any fun with, and they kept insisting there was PLENTY!!!
I was seeing the back yard as 1/2 empty and they were seeing it 1/2 full!!!

I made hot chocolate for all the children in the backyard
(yes, we broke our "no sweets in January rule!) :)
and put all their hats, gloves and socks in the dryer for their next session in the snow!
It was so fun to watch them enjoy what little snow we got!
